The Bacon avocado is the first variety of the season, marking the start of the harvest in September here in Salobreña, on the warm southern coast of Spain.
It’s known for its smooth, light texture and higher water content, making it refreshing and delicate compared to other varieties. Its flavor is gentle and nutty, with subtle pine notes that make it truly unique.
